Transition Security and Infrastructure Forum (TSIF) Reigns in End-Users in South-East Asia

Singapore, 29 September 2010: Transition Systems (“Transition”), a leading regional IT distributor, will be hosting its third Transition Security and infrastructure Forum (TSIF) Singapore this year on 7 October at Sheraton Towers. TSIF is a platform to bring the latest updates on technology trends as well as solution offerings to the end users. It is a series of roadshows that is held in every city that Transition operates in.

The first TSIF was held last September in Singapore followed by Bangkok, Hanoi and Jakarta. To date, TSIF has reached out to more than 800 end users in the region. “Our strategic thrust this year has been to drive growth in the enterprise security and unified communications sectors in the region”, said Annabelle Tok, Group Marketing Manager, Transition Systems. “We have had a good run on the 5 TSIF roadshows rolled out so far this year. TSIF serves as a great platform to bring vendors and end
users together.”

This upcoming TSIF in Singapore features Winning Strategies for IT Security and Infrastructure, which is supported by Singapore infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF); M1 will be our strategic partner for the event. TSIF Singapore next week will showcase Transition’s two new vendors – Blade and Silver Peak alongside other leading security companies such as Aruba, Infoblox, McAfee and Palo Alto Networks. The Forum will take end users through innovative solutions and technologies that can effectively optimize their IT infrastructure for high levels of performance and network security. Panel discussion at the Forum will be moderated by IT veteran, Ross O. Storey, Managing Editor of Fairfax Business Media.
