Transition Systems is ranked Top 100 SMEs in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia
SINGAPORE – June 19, 2008 – Standard Chartered Bank and Dun· & Bradstreet Singapore has ranked Transition Systems as 30th placing in the inaugural Top 100, SMEs in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia based on audited financial data for the period ending 2006. This prestigious placement is recognition of Transition Systems’ strong performance and business strategy.
The ranking is based on Transition Systems’ Return on Equity (ROE) achievement, one of the most important indicators of a firm’s profitability and potential growth. Other qualification criteria for SMEs include profit for two consecutive years, positive reserve and more.
An Awards Gala Dinner on 23rd was hosted by Standard Chartered Bank and Dun· & Bradstreet and Transition Systems’ representatives were present to celebrate this joyous occasion.
During the dinner, the inaugural publication, “The Top 100 SMEs in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand" was launched. This publication is jointly published by Standard Chartered Bank and Dun & Bradstreet Singapore. This serves as a useful basis for companies to benchmark their profitability metrics against those ranked in the report and to develop strategies to achieve overall efficiency in utilizing the funds invested by your investors or shareholders. It also allows companies to understand your financial strengths against other regional top performers.
“I am extremely honored and pleased that the contribution of Transition Systems’ over the past decade has been recognized by the industry as a whole and most importantly by esteemed establishments such as Standard Chartered and Dun & Bradstreet.
