Transition Systems Acquires Unitel Distribution
SINGAPORE -- 5 December 2008. Transition Systems ("Transition"), today announced plans for expansion into Australia, following the acquisition of Unitel Distribution Pty Ltd ("Unitel"), a key distributor in Australia for Polycom, Inc. (Nasdaq:PLCM).
The acquisition of Unitel provides an opportunity to establish Transition’s value-added distribution model in a fast growing market and to further strengthen its relationship with Polycom.
